Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and using ticketing systems.
• Comfortable monitoring multiple live camera feeds.
• Proficient with Jira/YouTrack or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of U.S. traffic laws and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicles using live camera feeds and remote tools.
• Respond to vehicle issues and document interventions in logs and sheets.
• Review trips, report unusual events and track performance metrics.
• Communicate updates during shift handoffs and participate in RCA discussions.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor autonomous vehicles using live camera feeds
• Respond to vehicle issues using remote system tools
• Document events and interventions in Google Sheets and Notion
• Review completed trips and report unusual events
• Track operational performance and metrics
• Communicate important updates during shift handoffs
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) discussions

Qualifications
