Job summary

Morley is hiring a remote Automotive Consultant to support domestic OEMs from a home office in Texas. You will assist field technicians by phone, chat, and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.

The role starts with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, then you’ll work from home with a schedule Monday through Friday, no weekends. Applicants should have 5+ years as a mechanic, ASE certifications, and strong customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement from Morley).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound support to field service techs via phone, chat, and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Train initially on-site in Saginaw, Michigan, then support from home.
• Offer access to latest repair data and guidance to consultants and leaders.
• Support professional growth and career advancement within Morley.
