Job summary

TP is a global provider of digital business services seeking an Automotive Technical Service Specialist to be the primary contact for clients, handling inbound/outbound communications and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. This remote role requires 18+ and fast-paced problem solving in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities include handling calls, chats, and emails, providing first-line technical assistance, resolving issues related to WIFI and connectivity,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of technical & customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and technical experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including system navigation, data entry accuracy, and typing proficiency.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers.
• Resolve technical problems, within a fast paced, customer facing environment.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution assistance with Client service and/or devices specific issues including but not limited to WIFI and internet connectivity.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
• Upsell if required.
