TP is a global provider of digital business services seeking an Automotive Technical Service Specialist to be the primary contact for clients, handling inbound/outbound communications and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 months of technical & customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and technical experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including system navigation, data entry accuracy, and typing proficiency.
• College degree preferred but not required.
