Job summary

Flai is seeking an Account Manager to drive expansion within our growing US dealer network. This remote role focuses on turning relationships into revenue by expanding multi-rooftop accounts and introducing new products.

You'll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, partner with Customer Success, and shape our product roadmap by feeding back customer needs. Remote position with strong equity potential and meaningful impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, account executive, or another quota-carrying sales role.
• Track record of hitting expansion or upsell targets.
• Experience selling to car dealerships or within automotive.

Responsibilities

• Grow every account: Own expansion revenue across your book of customers.
• Expand across rooftops: Bring Flai to more locations within dealer groups.
• Launch new products: As our suite grows, introduce customers to new ways we can help their stores.
• Run the full deal: Demo, build proposals, negotiate, and close.
• Partner with customer success: Team up with CS to understand each account's health and turn it into growth.
• Bring the customer's voice back: Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help shape what we build next.
