Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of regional Team Leaders and their field consultants.
• Establish and maintain a consistent daily operating cadence (daily huddles, escalation reviews, and follow‑through).
• Set clear priorities and expectations for the team and drive performance against program objectives.
• Coordinate communication, manage resources, and report to executive management.
