Job summary

Amphenol RF is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in automotive programs and drive on-time, on-budget delivers. You will provide quotes, assess capacity, and guide cost-reduction initiatives across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a technical discipline with automotive experience preferred.
Familiar with APQP / PPAP phase gate development process and milestones.
Knowledge of OEM and Tier 1 development deliverables and requirements.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Award new projects by working with cross-functional teams.
Review RFQ packages with Sales/Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing for quotations.
Gather cost information, prepare financial analysis, and submit budgets.
Drive cost optimization with the cross-functional teams.
Coordinate project meetings and maintain Gantt charts for reviews.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and production ramp plans.
Travel as needed to visit customers, sites, and suppliers.
