Job summary

MSX International in Atlanta is seeking an Automotive Implementation/Field Specialist for a full-time, field-based role. You will partner with clients to deliver systems, processes, and improvements that drive measurable results in a dynamic, mobile environment.

This role requires travel, strong stakeholder management, and excellent verbal and written communication. Education: High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in automotive implementation, consulting, operations, or client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of automotive training or coaching experience is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work in a mobile, client-facing environment.
• Problem-solving approach focused on practical outcomes.
• Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Deliver systems, processes, and improvement initiatives that drive measurable results
• Leverage technology and best practices to support implementation success
• Coach users to adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working
