Job summary

Hearst Magazines in the United States seeks a Production Specialist for Bring a Trailer listings. You will prepare auction listings by organizing seller data and photos, coordinate with sellers and internal teams, and guide listings from submission to launch.

You will provide high-quality customer support, manage a high-volume pipeline, and help improve processes. This remote, full-time role offers cross-functional collaboration in a car-culture environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, content production, or related fields.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with clear, accurate presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
• Discretion with sensitive information and stakeholder trust.
• Interest in collector cars or automotive culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller data and photos per standards.
• Coordinate with sellers and teams to ensure listing accuracy.
