Job summary

Westlake Flooring is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships from our Home Office in Wichita, KS. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure excellent servicing while effectively managing associated risks.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of the automotive industry, solid financial acumen, and proven relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in related finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel >75% with overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers to understand financing needs.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
