Westlake Floorplan Company seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships from a home-office base in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes driving sales, servicing accounts, and managing risk with a focus on remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.
• Travel: Greater than 25% with some overnight travel required.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients within the automotive sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor portfolio performance and address issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
