Westlake Floorplan Company is hiring an Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager to build and manage a dealer portfolio, drive sales, and ensure excellent servicing while controlling risk. You will sign dealerships, promote financing solutions, and monitor performance across accounts.

The role requires strong automotive industry knowledge, bilingual communication, and travel of 75%+. Remote-capable in a national scope. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field with 3+ years of finance, sales or account management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret metrics.
• Willingness to travel >75% and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire dealer clients.
• Manage servicing of automotive floorplan portfolio and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor risk and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions.
