Qualifications

• Formal automotive training preferred.

• Ability to work under extreme demands and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• In store development with current accounts to improve dealership production.
• Train F&I managers on product knowledge, menu sales skills, and objections handling.
• Develop new relationships within the market territory.
• Support team members with effective interpersonal relationships and cross functional partnering.
