Qualifications
- Experience in automotive finance management, sales management, or dealership operations.
- Experience in automotive F&I, vendor services, training, or related environments.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for dealership partners within the territory.
- Build relationships with dealership leadership, finance managers, and sales teams.
- Develop retention and growth strategies to increase wallet share and performance.
- Deliver consultative guidance on F&I processes, sales performance, and dealership operations.
- Conduct in-dealership training and coaching with finance and sales teams.
- Monitor dealership performance and identify opportunities for growth.
