Job summary

Acrisure Protection Group, including Southwest Dealer Services and KARR Security, seeks a Divisional Business Development Manager to work with dealership clients, SVP, MVP, and DMs to identify key accounts, develop strategic plans, and drive sustainable growth in the Sales/F&I division.

You will lead training initiatives, coach dealership personnel, recruit F&I managers, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to increase APG product sales while upholding compliance across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Automotive Management experience required.
• Ability to develop business plans and meet goals.
• Strong relationship and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify key accounts with senior leadership and develop plans.
• Lead weekly/monthly training sessions and meetings.
• Provide classroom instruction for F&I classes in Irvine, CA.
• Recruit and interview potential F&I managers.
• Prepare monthly production reports and game plans for targets.
• Coordinate with training to deliver client-focused instruction.
