Qualifications

• Experience in dealership operations and automotive retail workflows.
• Proven ability to train and support dealerships through implementations.
• Knowledge of desking or F&I processes.
• Proficient with dealership software platforms (DMS, CRM, digital retailing).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for OEM Digital Retailing implementations for dealerships.
• Lead and facilitate user training and ongoing support.
• Ensure dealerships meet implementation milestones and turnaround times.
• Identify risks and mitigate them efficiently.
• Build partnerships with dealership teams and vendor partners.
• Deliver product demos and presentations using standard materials.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to guide progress.
• Travel up to 70% and balance remote work.
