Maritz Automotive Solutions is seeking a results-driven Automotive Digital Retail Implementation Manager to join our team. This remote role requires residency in the greater St. Louis, MO area and up to 70% travel to dealerships and client sites.

You will serve as the SME on OEM digital retailing, lead training, and drive adoption and engagement across dealerships, while collaborating with vendors to ensure successful program delivery.

Formación

• Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry and dealership workflows.
• Experience with dealership software platforms (CRM, DMS, digital retailing).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships of an OEM Digital Retailing system.
• Lead and facilitate user training and ongoing support through the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks and ensure milestones are met.
• Build partnerships with dealership teams and vendor partners to drive program success.
