Job summary

Maritz Automotive Solutions is seeking a results-driven Automotive Digital Retail Implementation Manager to lead OEM Digital Retailing deployments from showrooms to service bays. Based remotely in the greater St.

Louis area, you will partner with dealerships, train users, and manage milestones while collaborating with vendor partners and Maritz managers to ensure program success and measurable impact. The role requires up to 70% travel and a solid background in dealership operations and software

Qualifications

• Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Experience with dealership software including DMS and CRM.
• Knowledge of dealership desking or F&I processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for OEM Digital Retailing implementations.
• Lead user training and support across implementation lifecycle.
• Develop action plans with dealerships to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with dealership teams and vendor partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to drive improvements.
