Shift Digital seeks a Dealer Sales & Process Consultant in St. Louis to enhance dealership sales processes with OEM and dealership staff. You will support SEO/SEM, website UX, digital retailing, CRM configuration, and reporting, offering actionable insights and training.

Travel across the Midwest is required as you educate dealers and OEM teams, build materials, and drive adoption of technologies. The role offers full-time employment with competitive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience improving dealer sales processes and consultations.
• Ability to present to OEM and dealership staff with clear action items.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the Midwest and beyond.

Responsabilités

• Construct and perform presentations to improve dealer sales process acumen.
• Generate daily consultation recaps with defined actions.
• Serve as sales and process consultant for OEM regional staff and dealers.
• Create and disseminate support material with best practices.
• Provide field support for regional meetings and trainings.
• Train personnel on reporting tools using adult learning methods.
• Analyze dealership landscape and advise on strategy and roles.
• Drive adoption of retailers' existing technologies.
