Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Associate Customer Success Specialist to help clients adopt CDK solutions, deliver foundational product guidance, and support training. You will work with a Customer Success Specialist and Manager to help customers meet utilization benchmarks and document outcomes.

This remote-friendly role requires automotive experience, strong communication, travel up to 25%, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with dealership operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Experience delivering or supporting end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Support client adoption and satisfaction through guiding users.
• Deliver foundational product guidance and basic trainings.
• Assist with client training sessions (virtual and onsite).
• Document client interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate blockers to CSS/CSM per guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule sessions and prepare reports.
• Maintain knowledge of CDK products and dealership workflows.
