RouteOne Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow revenue and manage dealer relationships across Ontario. Based in the Ontario Rural area, the BDM will cover north of Toronto to Barrie, east of Toronto to Pickering/Oshawa, and west of Toronto.

You will be the in-market contact for lenders and dealers, applying your knowledge of dealership systems, credit processes, and online products to drive sales and service levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of dealership systems, credit processes, and online products.
• Thorough understanding of dealership F&I processes/workflows and how F&I interacts with other departments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on account strategy including meeting all timeline metrics for each account.
• Identify new opportunities within the market and assess competitive products and services.
• Assist in acquiring new lender accounts.
• Develop existing lender relationships and provide lender field sales support and training.
• Engage with clients in person, over the phone and via Internet to close sales and support training.
• Increase application volume within RouteOne dealerships.
• Create and present advanced cost analysis reports for dealerships and dealer groups.
• Perform comprehensive analyses of customer data and workflows and recommend solutions.
