Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to grow equipment financing and leasing business across Ontario. You will prospect, visit customers, and build referral networks with dealers and manufacturers while selling financing and leasing for trucks and heavy equipment.

Travel throughout Ontario is expected, with a strong focus on field activities. The role offers a competitive CAD base salary 100,000–150,000 plus uncapped commission, and a first-year income

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of equipment financing or leasing experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and develop new business independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Ontario.

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify and secure new business through outbound prospecting and in-person customer visits.
• Develop referral relationships with truck and trailer dealers, equipment manufacturers, and end users.
• Sell financing and leasing solutions for new and used trucks, trailers, vocational vehicles, and heavy equipment.
• Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field building relationships and generating opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and deal structuring through closing.
• Achieve annual funding targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of new business.
