Job summary

Atlantic Auto Group is seeking a Finance Manager to drive revenue growth in a high-volume auto dealership network. This role focuses on building client relationships, understanding needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong knowledge of financial products, and experience with RouteOne/Dealertrack.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some post-high school education or training preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Reynolds Dealertrack RouteOne experience required

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between the dealership and lending partners.
• Utilizes a menu-based selling process.
• Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Presents financial services products transparently and compliantly.
• Ensures every customer is turned over to Finance.
• Conducts needs assessments to propose financial solutions.
• Maintains records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborates with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and classes as required.
• Follows safety rules and regulations.
• Tracks portfolios with lenders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
