Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Corporate Automation & Controls Engineer IV to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role supports control systems across multiple plants in a continuous manufacturing environment, partnering with local personnel and cross-functional teams.

It includes a strong training component and meaningful travel across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software and PowerFlex drives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary engineering resource for control systems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance plant performance.
• Lead strategic projects affecting multiple plants.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise and support to local plant personnel.
• Share and enforce controls team standards across the organization.
• Facilitate training for control systems as needed.
• Coordinate with the controls group for information and standards.
