Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Automation & Controls Engineer IV to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will serve as a key engineering resource for control systems across multiple plants, helping improve plant performance and supporting strategic initiatives in a continuous manufacturing environment. You will partner closely with local plant personnel and cross-functional project teams to troubleshoot issues, share standards, and drive consistent execution. The position also includes a strong training and coaching component, along with meaningful travel to support operations across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 - $172,500 annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
• 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience in a continuous manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software, including Studio 5000, RSLogix 500, and FTView
• Experience with Allen Bradley PowerFlex variable frequency drives
• Demonstrated process control experience in continuous process manufacturing
• Effective communication skills
• Controls SME with a continuous web handling operation preferred
