Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote Auto Uptime Advocate in Michigan to help dealers with orders, products and questions, delivering friendly, knowledgeable support from home.

You will interact with dealers via phone, email and case management software, update records, manage cases, and provide timely solutions to reduce downtime and improve customer satisfaction.

Training will be provided remotely, and the role emphasizes clear communication, automotive knowledge and dependable scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 8+ years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience, or
• Associate degree plus 6+ years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of technical truck/automotive and direct customer service experience (Direct customer experience = Previous dealer experience, auto parts handling, case handling and customer interaction)

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal client departments and dealerships using telephone, email and case management software.
• Review and update cases on part orders.
• Log calls and update dealer order/case records.
• Respond to daily customer-centric activities using interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge.
• Serve as the primary contact for dealership service departments and the client’s customer breakdown department.
• Manage cases, tracking interactions for specific repairs.
• Reduce downtime to enhance customers’ experience and overall satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calls and update case files.
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound/outbound conversations while keeping a positive attitude.
