Morley is hiring an entry‑level remote Automotive Customer Service Agent (Dealer Assistance) to support automotive dealerships with orders, shipments and warranties. You’ll provide phone and live chat service, learn product knowledge on vehicles, and escalate urgent issues while maintaining a positive attitude. Training is provided and weekends are not required.

Ideal for candidates with strong computer, typing and interpersonal skills and a high‑speed internet connection.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Two or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service via phone and live chat.
• Research requests related to profile assistance.
• Track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders.
• Assist with car warranties.
• Escalate critical orders.
