Turn5, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support automotive enthusiasts after their purchases, working from home.

The role focuses on delivering a high-quality post-purchase experience, handling inquiries about orders, returns, tracking, and cancellations with a customer-first mindset. The position offers starting pay of $15/hour with weekend shift pay, plus potential weekly performance bonuses up to $2.50/hour, attendance bonuses up to $2.50/hour, and tenure-based increases.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior Customer Service experience.
• Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for all supported vehicles.
• Maintain professionalism and tact when dealing with difficult customers.
• Proficient keyboarding and basic Internet skills (Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT; complete training.
