Job summary

Turn5, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Sales Tech I to assist customers with automotive accessories purchases from home. You’ll guide purchases, respond to inquiries, and drive conversions while leveraging product knowledge.

Expect a tiered bonus program, weekend shifts with extra pay, attendance bonuses, and ongoing training. The role requires PA residency and strong sales communication, with opportunities to grow into higher pay through our Sales Tech Career Path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have or be able to acquire automotive knowledge in all supported vehicles.
• Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge or ability to learn.
• Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and use tact when dealing with difficult customers.
• Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Must have reliable PC and sufficient internet speed; dual monitors recommended.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Upon hire, successful completion of Turn5 sales new hire training.
• Must reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT.
• Bi-lingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders, product inquiries, and returns.
• Make outbound calls and texts to follow up on sales leads and close sales.
• Take inbound calls, texts, tickets and chats from all queues as needed.
• Use product knowledge to sell automotive accessories.
• Suggest modifications to enhance customers' vehicle builds.
• Build rapport with customers to foster repeat business and address service issues.
• Enter and process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately.
• Educate customers and provide purchasing suggestions as needed.
• Meet bi-weekly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Notify leadership of trends or problems encountered.
• Continue education through LMS and expand expertise in all supported vehicles.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
