Job summary

Crum & Forster is seeking an experienced auto material damage claims professional for a remote role based in Hawaii. You will manage assigned claims arising from Personal Lines Auto, Garage keepers Liability, and Commercial Auto Liability with supervision as needed.

We require 3+ years of relevant experience, a Hawaii adjuster license, and excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency with MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years handling auto material damage claims.
• Hawaii adjuster license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage auto material damage claims for Personal Lines, Garage keepers, and Commercial Auto.
• Investigate coverage and determine applicable best practices.
• Review and manage files for timely investigation, evaluation and reserves.
• Adjust claims within authority and report to supervisor on technical matters.
• Develop information to pursue recovery and participate in quarterly claim reviews.
• Provide superior customer service to agents, insureds and partners.
