Job summary

State Farm is hiring a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in Oahu, HI. You will lead on-site inspections for residential and commercial losses, gather facts, explain coverage, and support insureds through the claims journey with compassionate, accurate service.

You will work remotely from home with a mobile office, travel within the territory, and partner with agents and stakeholders to close claims efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.

• Explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process with excellent service.
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports to support claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
