Omni Auto Glass is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and providing service information from anywhere in the U.S. You will use our CRM to coordinate appointments and communicate clearly about options, pricing, and warranties.

• 1+ year in a call center, customer service, or related role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule mobile and in-shop appointments using our CRM, ensuring efficient technician calendars.
• Educate customers on service options, pricing, warranties, and military discounts.
• Follow up on quotes and confirm appointments to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter customer information and service requests accurately into the CRM.
• Collaborate with technicians and management to resolve issues and streamline operations.
