Reserv is seeking a Team Lead for Claims to act as a working leader supporting a Claims manager, overseeing the Commercial Auto Claims adjustments, and driving efficiency through technology and analytics.

The role balances management with hands-on claim work. It requires 5+ years of claims experience, 3+ years of leadership, an active adjuster license, and willingness to obtain additional licenses. This remote-friendly position offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines of business.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably remote.
• Active adjuster license; willing to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup/leader when the Manager is out of office.
• Direct reports management and onboarding tasks for new hires.
• Be SME for first-line questions and escalations.
• Increase reserves and provide guidance on moderate reviews.
• Lead team discussions and claim-trend analyses for clients.
• Foster customer-centric mindset and drive performance improvements.
