Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our insurtech team and support customers through the insurance claims journey. You will handle phone and email inquiries, provide empathetic guidance, and ensure a positive experience for all parties during claims.

Ideal candidates have experience in multi-line insurance claims, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere within the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or certifications a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a call center within insurance, preferably property/liability.
• Strong knowledge of multi-line insurance claims processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication and active listening with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Anticipate needs and drive cases to full resolution.
• Provide guidance on the claims process and steps for prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and claim records in internal systems.
• Address concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Exceed customer expectations by listening to feedback and improving service.
• Adhere to policies and protect customer privacy.
