Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to join our remote team. You will negotiate with repair shops, handle assignments, and review CCC estimates to optimize charges on auto and property-related claims.

In this fully remote role, you’ll thrive in a startup-like culture, manage claims efficiently, and collaborate with partners while maintaining strong client focus and high accountability.

Formación

• Experience in client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle claims efficiently.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards precisely.
• Communicate clearly with clients via email and phone.
• Collaborate with teammates and maintain accountability.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
