State Farm is seeking an Auto Estimator for a Remote-Field role based in Seattle area. You will collect vehicle data, prepare repair estimates, and support insureds through the claims process, blending remote work with in-person field visits to body shops.

Formación

• Auto collision repair, auto damage estimating, or auto insurance appraiser experience.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across technical platforms.
• A valid driver's license is required; MVR will be requested as part of background check.

Responsabilidades

• Collect vehicle information and complete initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage, estimate vehicle damage, and assist insureds through the claims process.
• Utilize automated estimating systems to prepare repair estimates.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Interact with customers and repair shops via inbound/outbound calls.
