Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Two years of auto physical damage appraisal experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage with on-site or virtual inspections.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software.
• Evaluate and settle total losses via actual cash value and market research.
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with body shops and customers.
• Identify pre-existing damage and potential fraud indicators to protect interests.
