• Reviews physical damage documents for appropriateness and loss opportunities.
• Negotiates with repair facilities on revisions to physical damage documents.
• Prepares and documents accurate vehicle damage appraisals and values.
• Audits vehicle estimates using engineering judgment and industry tools.
• Negotiates settlements with customers and repair facilities within authority.
• Determines settlement amounts for Total Loss claims and initiates payments.
• Partners with the assigned Claim Professional throughout the life of the claim.
