Hearst Magazines is seeking a Production Specialist to guide seller submissions from data and photos to a successful auction experience. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, ensure listing accuracy, and serve as the primary contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase with clear, empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to present detailed information clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and professional communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion with sensitive information and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate challenges independently.
• Interest in collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to support evolving team and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller data and photos per standards.
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to ensure listing accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for sellers during pre-auction phase with professional communication.
• Provide high-quality customer support and address concerns with empathy.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily goals.
• Track listings in internal systems and act as subject matter expert on listing history.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transition from listing creation to auction launch.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
