Job summary

Hearst Magazines’ Bring a Trailer is hiring a Production Specialist to guide sellers from submission to a successful auction. You will prepare auction listings, coordinate updates, and be the primary contact during the pre-auction phase.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure listing accuracy, deliver exceptional customer support, and manage a high-volume pipeline to meet daily production goals while maintaining a seller-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to present detailed info clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-first communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Interest in collector cars; hands-on automotive experience a plus.
• Adaptable and proactive to support evolving team needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos.
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to ensure listing accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase.
• Provide high-quality customer support by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages.
• Track listings through internal systems and act as subject matter expert on listing history.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth listing to auction launch.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
