Hearst Magazines is seeking a Production Specialist to shape how standout vehicles are presented to a global audience. You will guide sellers from submission to a successful auction, coordinate updates, and deliver proactive, empathetic support throughout the pre-auction phase.

The role requires 2+ years in customer support or content production, strong writing, and highly organized multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time remote position with state restrictions noted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or related fields.
• Strong writing and editing skills with clear, accurate information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and professional communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos in line with Bring a Trailer standards.
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to update listings and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for sellers during pre-auction, delivering timely communication.
• Provide high-quality customer support by answering questions and offering guidance with empathy.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily production goals.
• Track listings through internal systems and act as listing history expert.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth listing-to-auction launch.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed.
