Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a remote Associate Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience, talent sourcing, interviewing, and building a pipeline for our Business Development team. You will collaborate with program managers, teaming partners, and the BD team to identify qualified candidates for current and upcoming needs.

The ideal candidate has federal consulting recruiting background, strong sourcing via LinkedIn/Indeed, proficiency with Lever ATS, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of overall recruiting experience.
• Federal/government contract recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with online job boards and passive sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full lifecycle recruitment across Federal, PM, and IT lines.
• Partner with BD and hiring teams to understand future needs.
• Identify talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and postings.
• Conduct in-depth prescreens and assess fit.
• Manage offers, LOIs, and Letters of Commitment for Key Personnel.
• Coordinate job descriptions with managers and schedule interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
