Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a remote Associate Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting expertise to support the BD team's pipeline and Key Personnel needs across federal contracting. You will source, screen, and close candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage multiple requisitions in Lever ATS to meet proposal timelines.

Your role requires excellent communication, rigorous candidate evaluation, and collaboration with federal program managers to align talent with growth objectives;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Federal/government contract recruiting experience.
• Experience with online job boards, passive sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in technical, program management, financial, or corporate recruiting.
• Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Familiarity with Lever ATS.
• Ability to build a large diverse candidate pool.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruitment for Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and IT.
• Partner with BD and hiring teams to understand future needs and Key Personnel requirements.
• Source qualified talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and posted roles.
• Conduct in-depth prescreens to identify best-fit candidates.
• Manage offers, contingent offers, and Letters of Intent/Commitment for Key Personnel.
• Coordinate job descriptions with managers and schedule interviews.
• Handle multiple requisitions concurrently and progress candidates through process.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and maintain timely candidate communications.
