Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong interest in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with urgency and accountability.
• Comfortable with recruiting tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using job boards and social media.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and experience.
• Evaluate candidates against job requirements for submission.
• Present qualified candidates with concise summaries.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and support recruiter communications.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Stay informed on market trends and hiring activity.
• Participate in team training and development.
