Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Procurement to support OFE supply chain on data center construction projects. This remote role collaborates with project teams to manage schedules, vendors, and financials under supervision, ensuring timely, accurate project execution.

The position requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 2–3 years in a related field, with strong Excel and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent (degree or experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in a business related field.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes, preferably in data centers or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with computers and industry systems, including Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, scheduling programs, etc.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities related to owner-furnished equipment (OFE).
• Support vendor relationships by facilitating communication and tracking production plans to align with project schedules.
• Track and organize project costs, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist with data entry across multiple systems and project trackers.
• Set up, manage, track, and communicate project costs, schedules, and documentation.
