Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Procurement to support OFE supply chain on construction projects. You will assist with project coordination, vendor communication, and administrative tasks to keep schedules, costs, and documentation moving smoothly.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and 2–3 years of related experience; proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools; strong communication and organizational skills; and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent (degree or experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in a business related field.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes, preferably in data centers or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database and project tracking systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities related to owner-furnished equipment (OFE).
• Support vendor relationships by facilitating communication and tracking production plans to align with project schedules.
• Track and organize project costs, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist with administrative duties, including data entry across multiple systems and project trackers.
• Setup, manage, track, and communicate project costs, schedules, and documentation.
• Own and maintain all administrative duties associated with project financials, to include RFQs, change orders, POs, SOVs, forecasts, cost codes, and invoice reconciliation.
• Foster positive relationships with OFE vendors, construction teams, contractors, finance/accounting, and engineering.
