Job summary

Accenture Construct is hiring for an OFCI procurement lead to manage owner-furnished equipment on data center projects and coordinate with vendors, engineers, and construction teams. You’ll help align design, schedule, and budget to ensure reliable delivery and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in procurement/construction, with OFCI data center experience preferred. Onsite work with client sites is expected, with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, construction management, or real estate development, including at least 2 years supporting OFCI procurement for data centers or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement efforts for owner-furnished equipment on data center projects, ensuring design and timelines alignment.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, including OEMs and distributors for critical infrastructure.
• Track production schedules, shipping milestones, and on-site delivery coordination with construction managers.
• Create bid/leveling packages for OFCI equipment, focusing on logistics, lead times, and total cost.
• Support RFIs/RFPs, review proposals, and prepare stakeholder summaries.
• Outline technical requirements for OFCI packages and assist engineers with vendor scoping.
• Collaborate with teams to synchronize procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Join scope reviews and vendor negotiations to ensure contracts meet reliability and delivery needs.
