Job summary

Aligned Data Centers seeks an Associate Procurement Project Manager to support the OFE supply chain on construction projects under guidance of the Project Manager, Procurement. The role assists with project coordination, vendor communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution in a fast-paced team.

The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work with moderate supervision while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a business-related role.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes, preferably in data centers or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities related to owner-furnished equipment (OFE).
• Support vendor relationships and track production plans to align with schedules.
• Track costs, schedules, and documentation with timely updates.
• Handle data entry across multiple systems and project trackers.
