Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Procurement Manager for data center substation projects. This hybrid role combines strategic purchasing with project management to optimize OFE supply across multiple sites, coordinating with engineering, procurement, program management, and construction teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or equivalent (degree or experience).
• Experience with electrical equipment and substation construction preferred.
• Strong commercial skills including negotiation, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manages strategic purchasing, planning, and project management of OFE for data center substation projects.
• Leads collaboration between engineering, procurement, technical program management, and construction teams.
• Manages OFE from forecasting through delivery, installation, commissioning and turnover.
• Maintains vendor relationships and procurement strategies across projects.
• Tracks schedules, submittals, FATs, and logistics.
• Manages project budgets, costs, and documentation history.
• Supports site construction managers and procurement PMs to deliver projects.
