Job summary

OPEN Health Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Promo Med Ed to oversee a portfolio of promotional medical education projects. You will work with project coordinators and directors to build plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery to client specifications and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years in a medical communications setting, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–3 years in medical communications or promo medical education.
• Experience with HCP-focused content development and advisory boards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite; Smartsheet/SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 6–8 concurrent projects from inception through delivery.
• Develop plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet client needs.
• Maintain timelines and status reports; manage client communications and escalations.
• Support hiring and training of coordinators; assist with literature searches and meeting recap reviews.
